How do I configure my email client to use EOTExchange?
If you're running Windows you will need Outlook 2003 or newer. If you're running Mac OS X would will need Entourage 2004 or newer. If you don't have one of those programs you can download your copy as well as access the interactive setup wizard by logging in to the Hosting Control Panel using your email address and password.

How do I access the webmail when I'm away from my computer?
There is a WebMail login link in the top-right corner of every page on this website. Just log in using your email address and password.
